'Tell me one last thing,' said Harry. 'Is this for real? Or has this been happening inside my head?'
Dumbledore beamed at him, and his voice sounded loud and strong in Harry's ears even though the bright mist was descending again, obscuring his figure.
'Of course it is happening inside your head, Harry, but why on earth should that mean that it is not real?'
- J.K. Rowling, Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows

Blogging & Writing.
'Once upon a time there was a...' a girl who wrote those very words down at the tender age of six. Hasn't stopping writing since. Although endings aren't really her forte. She will not stop referring to herself in third person.
Doha, Qatar.
Even thought I hardly recognize the city I grew up in - thanks to the massive revamping the country is undergoing - every time the Qatar Airways advertisement plays on BBC, I just have to give in to a smile.
Books.
Me and Ikea have come to an agreement that I need a lifetime supply of shelves to accommodate the plethora of books that I have decided to collect over the course of my life.
Television.
The bane of my existence. The blood to my veins.
High Resolution Pictures
It's a full-fledged cringed fest under my skin. Pixelated pictures - in this day and age - should not exist. Period.
Home
It's messy. There are papers all over my coffee table. There really isn't any room on my desk to study. My bed is strewn with clothes. And I like to have potato chips over the keyboard of my laptop.
Much to the indignation of my mother, who believes that I will never become a "lady".

Bones
Both and Brennan makes me tingle. Minus the nasty, decomposed bones.
Engineering
I really don't know what's happening in that department of my life.Too many skeletons in that closet.
Shoes
If my shoe closet isn't enough proof, I don't know what is.
Couches
Are my second home. Let's say that if there is a financial crisis - God, forbid & knock on wood - I'd be more than happy and satisfied if there was a sofa rental available. With a plasma TV or a laptop attached in front of it.
Clothes
It runs in the family. My grandmother used to sew - albeit everyone during her generation made their own garments - my mom and her sisters did, and well even though I don't know how to sew anything more than a straight cut tank-top without sleeves, buying clothes is a love I can never forego.
Sleep
Nothing, no one (except God of course), can get in the way. Not even secret agendas, Mr. Right or a sunset.
The Folks
Love em to pieces and bits. There is a very fine line between parenthood and friendship in my life and for that, and numerous other things, I'm tremendously grateful for it.
The Best Friends
I'm aiming to be a better one. Or at least stop being a flake. But guys, seriously, I love you. Because if we can have fun in Ikea, I'm pretty sure we've done something right.
The Family Friends
I really didn't know how else to classify them. You see, when you have "diaper buddies" that have literally seen you from the moment you were born until now, it's hard to forget people like that. No matter how mocking, distant and sometimes overbearingly parent-like they can be.
The Cousins
I've learned a whole new meaning to violence. Breaking a window, getting glass stuck in my hand for two days, getting thrown into a pond, I've had it all. Thanks to you, no boy can beat me up anymore without sustaining serious injuries themselves. At least...that's what I was trained for, right?
Harry Potter
Yeap, I've waited for my owl when I was 11. And I refuse to believe that the Galleon I've stuffed away in my pathetic coin collection - which is actually quite remarkable for a person at the tender age of 8 - is very, very real. I think it would be dangerous if I speak anymore on this topic for the fear of occupying pages and pages on how much I loved Harry Potter from beginning to end. Clearly the fact that I still pretend to talk to George Weasley indicates just how much of lunatic J. K. Rowling has made me.
Jane Austen
Has created the best heroines literature has seen. Well, within the small breadth of literature I've mustered the endurance to read. The last time I saw Charles Dickens "Great Expectations", I ran in the other direction. But Elizabeth Bennet and Anne Elliot have definitely made me want to go back to 18th century England despite its revolting inheritance system.
